By placing an order through the MyHenry.ca Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are between NaceCare, ("we/us/our") and you, the user of this Website ("you/your").

This website is provided for individual consumer use only. Purchasing products for the purpose of resale, redistribution, or bulk ordering is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from NaceCare.

Ordering
If you are aged under 18, you will need to get your parent/guardian’s consent before ordering.
By submitting your order, you agree to purchase any item(s) in your shopping cart from us at the price(s) detailed on the Website. Prices detailed on the Website do not include HST, unless otherwise stated, and are checked regularly to ensure their accuracy. However, if, after receiving your order, we find a price has changed, we will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed.
If, after submitting your order, you discover you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
Payment
When placing your order, you will be directed to a secure online payment processing page where you will be prompted to enter your payment information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you provide are correct.
Following successful receipt of your payment, you will be directed to a confirmation screen displaying your order details. You will also receive a confirmation email.
Your order will not be shipped until we have received payment in full and cleared funds.
The Contract between you and us will only be formed when we have sent your Confirmation email. If we are unable to supply any part of your order, for instance if an item is no longer in stock, we will inform you by email or telephone and we will not process your order. We will then process a refund for the full amount, including delivery costs (where applicable), for any item(s) we are unable to fulfil.
If you choose to use ShopPay as a payment option your information will be transferred to ShopPay and managed under the terms of their Privacy Notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Same working day shipping occurs when payment is received before 12:00 Noon Eastern Time. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon may not be shipped until the following working day. All machines and batteries are sent via FedEx. This is a signed for service; a calling card will be left detailing redelivery process if no one available. Small single accessories are sent Canada Post (2-10 working day service.) Please note that during peak times such as Black Friday & Christmas delivery times may be extended.
Products will be delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery details you provide are correct. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
We work hard to deliver all orders within 2-10 working days, excluding non-working days (inc. stat holidays.) On rare occasions, due to circumstances out of our reasonable control, delivery may take a little longer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, which results from an unavoidable delay in shipping or delivery for any reason other than our negligence.
Please note that if you order more than one product in a single order, they may be sent separately and arrive at different times.
Statutory Holidays: please be aware we are closed on Statutory Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed as soon as possible upon our return. For information regarding specific orders, please e-mail customercare@myhenry.ca
How do I return an item?
All products ordered from MyHenry are covered by a 30-day return policy.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if something is not quite right, please follow the steps below to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
In order to receive a refund for any part of your order, you must return the item(s) to us in their original condition, including all packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
If items are not received in their original condition and within this timeframe, we may be unable to issue a refund.
To submit a return, please contact our Customer Care Team and provide the following details:
Our Customer Care Team will then arrange the return shipping and provide a return bill of lading to attach to the shipment. We are here to help with any queries you may have.
On receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. Any funds due should appear on your credit card statement within 14 working days.
Please be aware that for orders under $100, the original delivery charge may be deducted from the refund total.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders can be changed prior to the issuance of the shipping confirmation email. To change or cancel an order, please reach out to our Customer Care Department at 1-8XX-XXXXXXX or via email at customercare@myhenry.ca.
Orders cannot be changed once the shipping confirmation email has been sent. In those instances, please follow our returns process and we will issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.
If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order through MyHenry.
Legal Information
These Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and us. They are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with laws of the Province of Ontario or the country of Canada as the case may be.
Marketing Communications
From time to time, we may contact you with offers and information regarding our products. These may take the form of either postal, email or SMS marketing communications. If you would prefer not to receive marketing communications from us, please notify us as per the instructions below.
If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications via email, please click on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the foot of any promotional email you have received from us. Alternatively, please contact us in writing.

Once we have received your request to opt-out, we will remove you from our mailing lists immediately. However, please note that you may still receive any marketing communications that have already been processed. Therefore, please allow 90 days for marketing communications to cease completely.

Promotional offers, along with any terms and conditions, will be clearly indicated on the MyHenry.ca website and advertised on Social Media. All promotional offers are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw them at any time.
Social Media Competitions and Giveaways
We periodically run competitions and giveaways on our social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.

Entry into any MyHenry.ca competitions/giveaways will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1 ENTRANTS
1.1 Competitions/giveaways are open to any Canadian resident, aged 18 or over. NaceCare reserves the right to ask participants for proof of age and identity.
1.2 Employees of NaceCare their immediate families, and anyone else involved in the running of the competition/giveaway, are not permitted to enter.
1.3 In order to enter the competition/giveaway, participants must follow the instructions within the relevant Facebook or Instagram post.
1.4 NaceCare accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason beyond their reasonable control.
1.5 NaceCare reserves the right to reject entries from entrants not entering in the spirit of the competition/giveaway.
1.6 If an entrant attempts to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this competition/giveaway in any way, NaceCare may seek damages from that entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1.7 Participants agree that NaceCare, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, Facebook, Inc. and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are released and will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by, participants against any liability for any injuries, losses and damages of any kind to person(s), or property as well as any disappointment resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entering into this competition/giveaway, not being able to enter this competition/giveaway, or acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize.
2 WINNERS
2.1 Winners will be selected by NaceCare from all correct and valid entries received during the competition period.
2.2 Winners will be notified via a reply to their social media post and/or contacted via direct message within 5 working days of the competition closing. Winners must respond within 24 hours in order to claim the prize. If a winner fails to claim the prize within this timeframe, a new winner may be picked in their place.
3 PRIZE
3.1 The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable. NaceCare reserves the right to offer an alternative prize in the event of the original prize being unavailable.
3.2 Winners are solely responsible for any tax liability and incidental expenses arising from the award of the prize.
4 CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 NaceCare will only use personal data obtained for the purpose of administering the competition.
4.2 Should a participant wish to access, modify, cancel or withdraw their data, they may do so at any time by emailing customercare@myhenry.ca.
5 OTHER
5.1 NaceCare will make every effort to ensure that the competition/giveaway runs without technical problems and is not responsible for any interruptions that may occur beyond their reasonable control.
5.2 NaceCare reserves the right to withdraw, revise or cancel the competition/giveaway at any time.
5.3 The MyHenry competition/giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or affiliated with Facebook or Instagram.

*IMPORTANT* We have seen a trend in the number of fake accounts claiming to be MyHenry.ca. These fake accounts have been contacting entrants stating they have won our competitions/giveaways.
